Description: We’re looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to help streamline day-to-day operations and support business growth. This role involves managing communications, scheduling, content creation, and various administrative tasks. You’ll work directly with the CEO of a high-end video production agency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love wearing multiple hats, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize email communications
Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
Assist with basic client communications and follow-ups
Maintain task lists and project timelines
Perform light research, data entry, and CRM updates
Help streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive mindset
Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Canva
Basic understanding of social media strategy and content
Previous experience in an assistant, marketing, or operations role

Availability:
Estimated 10 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
The schedule may be adapted to our schedule.
Location: Flexible/hybrid/Remote from Lancaster, PA.
Travel: No travel required.
